This entire property was completely renovated and updated with brand-new bathrooms, as well as new beds, mattresses, custom furniture, TVs, linens and bath towels.
There is a large private swimming pool with lounge chairs and tables with chairs on the surrounding deck. The Rancho is equipped with granite bar, bar stools, comfortable seating areas, pool table, tv etc... perfect of entertaining!
The fully equipped Kitchen is available for guests to use. It includes a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, plates, cups etc - pretty much everything needed to prepare meals on your own, or hire a JacoVIP private chef to prepare some delicious meals for you.( best option!)

We are directly across the street from the entrance to the famous Cocal Casino, Jaco's most popular Casino and adult only party spot!
This property was formerly a 20 bedroom hotel. We completely renovated it and divided it into two sections each with it's own pool, tiki bar party rancho, lounging and dining area.
LARGE GROUPS- you can rent the other part of the property named Blue Marlin 1 as well as Blue Marlin 1 - giving you 20 bedrooms total , 2 large swimming pools and a HUGE amount of space and privacy for your group!

* Booking and Planning: Our Co-Hosts at JacoVIP will help you plan all details of your rental and your stay here from start to finish!. From your initial inquiry until you arrive and check in they will gladly answer all of your questions and help you decide and book the best options for your group. * Airport: When searching for and booking your flight, make sure you fly into the Juan SantaMaria aiport ( SJO) and not Liberia. SJO is only an hour and a half from the Jaco area. Liberia is 4 hours away! DO NOT fly into Liberia
* Transportation: You can arrange your airport transfers through JacoVIP and are always better off doing so. They feature new model. air conditioned vans and buses with the capacity from 4-50 passengers. All of their drivers are safe, professional, licensed and insured.
* Area Orientation: A JacoVIP Concierge will escort you to the house, give you group an extremely helpful orientation about the area, the best things to see and do, where to go and not to go, and answer your many questions. *Grocery Stores: There are 3 major grocery stores within 5-10 minutes of the property. You'll find pretty much anything and everything you'd expect to find in a grocery store back home and your concierge will direct you to the best grocery store for your needs. Fast and Friendly grocery delivery is available as well.
*Currency: Costa Rican currency is called Colones ( kuh -low - ness). CRC . Your Concierge will help you exchange US Dollars for Costa Rican Colones after you arrive. US Dollars are accepted everywhere here. You will received Costa Rica Clones as change.
*ATM's: There are several ATM's close to the house that will offer you the option of receiving USD or CRC.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Vacation rental and trip cancellations, for ANY reason, must be made NO LATER THAN 90 DAYS from your scheduled/booked scheduled date of arrival to qualify for a 50% refund of your deposit.
This includes but is not limited to reasons of acts of God, acts of nature, acts of war, ANY type of state or federal travel advisories or warnings from ANY agency whether it be CDC, FDA, or Department of State, threats of disease or virus, missed or cancelled flights, foul weather, or ANY OTHER REASON. We suggest you purchase third party
"Cancel for Any Reason" travel insurance if you feel you may be at risk of having to cancel your trip.
COVID-19 CANCELATION POLICY:
In the event you are unable to come to Costa Rica after you book, due to a COVID-19 issue that results in Costa Rica closing its borders to incoming visitors, or the US Department of State issues a No Travel order to Costa Rica, we will refund 100% of your deposit/payments. (minus any Credit Card processing or VRBO fees)
